Guidelines & Regulations. / How To Host A MEP.

Here is an example of how to host a mep.Following these steps will reduce problems to the minimum

1)Lets say I want to host a mep with the song Wonderwall by Oasis(which is really cool

).I post my idea to the "Suggestion" threat.

After having 4-5 possitive feedback from the members,i start a new topic on the "Ongoing Meps".

2)I post the video of the song(posting a video with its lyrics will make the claiming much easier because members will know the lyrics of the song)

and the i split the parts,for example:
part 1: 0:00-0:26
part 2: 0:26-1:00
part 3 1:00-4:19

3)Once a part is claimed,you will have to send to the member who had taken the part,its link(which you already have cut-up and saved to your computer)

4)Once the MEP is completed,collect the finished parts links and send them to us(0Athena0 or Eva0mwah or DHST).

5)Watch the whole MEP to Youtube

Step 1,2 and 4 are necessary

MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES & REGULATIONS.

[1]You must be an active member.
Being active means that you will have to:
∗Join in,AT LEAST,1 MEP part every 2 months.
∗Give out ideas, chat or even simply comment.
∗Try to keep the forum as organised as possible which means that you will have to post your comment/question/anything really/ to the correct board.
∗I you haven't been active for more than 30 days,you will be asked to kindly forfeit the group & the character that represents you,unless you have already informed us.

[2]Send all MEP parts timely!!
∗If you sign up for a MEP it means that you will HAVE to follow the deadline.
∗If you haven't completed your part within 5 days after the deadline,your part will be forfeit to an other editor without your permission.
∗When your part is ready,you will have to sent us by sentspace or megaupload.(We would prefer using sentspace because as a group,we already have an account and the links will take longer to be expired)

[3]You are allowed to host MEPS and Betta Battles.
We will be more than happy to see our members hosting their own MEPS.
∗In order to avoid problems with unclaimed MEP parts,first,you will have to post your idea to the "Suggestions" threat.To host a MEP you will have to get more than 4 possitive feedback.
∗The song must be re-pitched and must be cut up into parts by you.If you can't make it by yourself ask kindly an other member or 0AthenaChan0/Eva0mwah to help you out!
∗You must let the members know about the theme/details of the video.
∗Only 7 MEPs open at a time please so we won't get carried away.(Thanks to xTheHarlequinDevilx for the suggestion.)

[5]We want a friendly environment arround the group,so don't be rude please.
